The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Patricia Rebirth and is protected under Canadian, U.S, and international copyright laws.

All materials provided in connection with training are the exclusive property of Patricia Rebirth and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the express written permission of Patricia Rebirth.

All videos, images, and documents presented in digital format or on paper during training must not be published by the client, either during or after the training.

Images and other content presented during training are provided by www.patriciarebirth.com for educational purposes and may not be used outside the context of such training without express written authorization from Patricia Rebirth This restriction applies to both original and modified images and extends to online and paper publications, including personal portfolios.

Clients agree to use the training materials for personal purposes only, excluding the sharing of information and data from said training. Unless there is a prior-written agreement with Patricia Rebirth, training fees are for a single individual and do not grant the right to reproduce or publish materials.

Unauthorized Use

In the event of unauthorized use of training materials, including participation by unregistered individuals or any unauthorized use attributable to the client, their employees, or agents, the client shall be liable to pay full fees for training for each unregistered individual and/or unauthorized reproduction of images or documents. These fees will align with the rates in effect at the time of the infraction.

Pricing

Prices for our products are quoted in American dollars, with applicable taxes extra. All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in American dollars. www.patriciarebirth.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products and/or services are always billed based on rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment

Payments for purchases are made by credit card: MasterCard, Visa, Discovery, or PayPal. Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment procedure described during the registration process. The client agrees to pay the total cost and associated charges, including taxes, for the purchased service. The client is solely responsible for making effective payment for the purchased service. Only the user is responsible for paying by credit card for the offered service. www.patriciarebirth.com is not responsible for payment issues related to the functionality of the e-commerce service.

Your Account

You may need to register with www.patriciarebirth.com to access certain services or parts of the Site. We may refuse to grant you a username (or email address) if it is already in use, impersonates another person, violates intellectual property rights, is offensive, or is otherwise deemed unacceptable at our discretion.

You may not assign or transfer your account to a third party or grant a legal or equitable interest in it to a third party.

Termination

www.patriciarebirth.com reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate your account or use of the Site and block or prevent future access if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. Training and its content are provided “as is” without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, express or implied. www.patriciarebirth.com expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law. www.patriciarebirth.com will not be liable for damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from or related to training
